A 12-lesson course for PR, communications and brand teams: find out what AI assistants say about a brand and why (the five source families, facts versus feelings, a graded and ranked audit); correct what is wrong at its source (the correction ladder, a dated facts hub, one clear entity with a managed knowledge panel); earn the trust assistants reflect (review programs inside the US, UK and EU rules, earned media and named experts, disclosed presence in communities); and handle risk (old crises, fakes, invented claims, rivals) with a watch, escalate and respond routine. Builds on The Answer Engineer (AE-200). Worked example: Quillmere Hotels, a fictional boutique hotel group with four hotels; its rival Caskwell Hotels is fictional too.

Syllabus
Every lesson
Lessons run 2 to 3 minutes. Each has captions, a transcript, key terms, a practice quiz and a short exercise for your own business.
Four questions after each lesson. Try as often as you like: every wrong answer explains why it is wrong. One attempt finishes the lesson.
Final exam
40 questions about situations at different businesses, 60 minutes, pass at 75%. Everyone gets their own mix of questions. 24 hours between attempts, up to 3 in 30 days.
Final project: the reputation playbook
Pick a brand (your own, a client with permission, or the fictional Quillmere Hotels data pack) and deliver the four parts below, one per module: (1) a reputation audit: a reputation prompt set of 12 or more prompts run in 3 assistants with repeats, a claim ledger of 20 or more rows and a top-5 priority list; (2) a correction pack: a dated correction log for 3 claims, a live facts hub with a consistency check, and an entity map with one panel suggestion or wiki request made the way the rules allow; (3) a trust plan: a review program checked against the rules, with replies, one checkable earned-media pitch with an experts page, and 3 disclosed community replies with a rules log; (4) a risk playbook: a dated resolution for one old issue, a triage log for 3 wrong claims, and an escalation ladder with triggers, owners and time limits plus the monthly report template. Each criterion is scored 0–3 against the descriptors; pass needs every criterion at 2 or more. Two graders score 10% of submissions.
