Brand Wizard

Step 1 — Create your brand

Enter a brand name and your root domain (e.g. example.com). Sophyx provisions an isolated workspace, persists `workspace_settings` with your `root_url` and `pages_to_crawl` (default 5), and immediately analyses your homepage so Step 3 can suggest tailored prompts.

Step 2 — Teach your agents (Memories)

Add Memories so every brief, post, and analysis is hyper-personalized. Five formats supported: PDF (decks, guidelines, case studies), Text (paste tone-of-voice or FAQs), JSON (catalogs, schemas), CSV (keywords, competitors, segments), and URL (LinkedIn, X, Reddit profiles, any public page). Memories persist across all future runs.

Step 3 — Track the prompts that matter

Add up to 10 AI search queries you most want your brand to show up for. The wizard auto-suggests homepage-grounded prompts; you can add manual ones too. Tracked prompts run FIRST on every analysis, then agents fill the rest from their own discovery.

Skip is always OK

Memories and tracked prompts are optional — you can finish with just the brand info and add them later from the Memories Vault and Prompts Vault. The first agent run will still complete; later runs will get sharper as you add context.

03

Memories Vault

What are Memories?

Memories are reusable pieces of brand knowledge — files, pasted notes, and URLs — that every agent run pulls from for context. The more relevant context, the more your output sounds like you and grounds in your real positioning.

PDF and Text

PDF: brand guidelines, pitch decks, case studies, customer research (auto-uploaded, up to 25 MB). Text: paste your tone-of-voice rules, FAQs, key messages, or any unstructured notes. Both kinds support up to 25 MB per file (text accepts up to 2 MB pasted content).

JSON and CSV

JSON: structured data like product catalogs, plan configs, or any schema your agents should reference precisely. CSV: tabular data like target keyword lists, competitor names, or customer segments. Both upload-or-paste, both saved automatically.

URL memories

Add public URLs — LinkedIn company pages, founder profiles, X (Twitter) handles, Reddit threads, or any public page — to extend your agents with social presence and external context.

Adding memories later

You can skip memories during the wizard and add them later from the workspace's Memories Vault. New memories take effect on the next agent run — no re-onboarding required.

04

Knowledge Graph Builder

What is a Knowledge Graph?

A knowledge graph maps all the entities, topics, products, services, and relationships that define your brand. AI engines use these semantic networks to understand and cite your brand accurately.

Building your KG

From your workspace's home page, click "Build Knowledge Graph". Sophyx crawls up to 20+ pages of your site, extracts entities and relationships, and constructs a visual graph you can explore.

Exploring the graph

Use the interactive graph viewer to see nodes (entities like products, services, locations) and edges (relationships between them). This is the foundation AI engines use to understand your brand.

KG Analysis

After building the KG, run a KG Analysis to get a detailed AI-powered breakdown of your brand's entity coverage, gaps, and recommendations for improving your semantic footprint.

05

AI Visibility Analysis

What is AI Visibility Analysis?

Sophyx queries multiple AI engines (GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) with prompts relevant to your industry and measures how often and how prominently your brand appears in the responses.

GEO Visibility Score

Your GEO score (0–100) is a composite metric measuring how well your brand is cited across AI engines. A score of 70+ means strong AI presence; below 40 indicates significant optimization opportunity.

Running a full analysis

Click "Run Full Analysis" from your workspace home. The system tests 30+ prompts across multiple AI providers and generates a comprehensive report with your visibility score, citation examples, and content gaps.

Reading your analysis report

The analysis report shows: overall GEO score, per-provider scores, which prompts triggered brand mentions, which didn't (content gaps), and AI-generated recommendations for each gap.

06

Prompt Analysis & Tracked Prompts

What is Prompt Analysis?

Prompt Analysis tests specific search queries against multiple AI engines to see if your brand is mentioned, where it ranks, and how it's framed. It's the most granular way to understand which queries you're winning or losing.

Tracked prompts (your priority list)

Tracked prompts are the queries you most want your brand to win. Seed them in Step 3 of the wizard or manage them later from the Prompts Vault. Each Visibility Agent run analyses your tracked prompts FIRST, then fills the rest with agent-discovered queries — so your priority list is always covered.

Running a single prompt

From the Prompt Analysis section, enter any query (e.g. "best CRM for small businesses") and Sophyx will query multiple AI engines and show you exactly what they say — and whether your brand appears.

Bulk prompt analysis

Run all your workspace's tracked prompts at once to get a comprehensive view of your AI search coverage. Results are stored historically so you can track improvement over time.

Identifying bad prompts

Prompts where your brand doesn't appear are flagged as "bad prompts" — these are your biggest opportunities. The Content Creator agent automatically turns each into a content task with AI-ready writing guidance.

08

Competitor Intelligence

Who AI recommends for your prompts

The Competitors page extracts the brands AI engines name in response to your tracked prompts — so you see exactly who is being recommended in your place, and how often.

Your Brand Benchmark

A headline scorecard: Recommended %, Visibility % (with delta), Share of Voice %, Average Position (and how many #1 spots you hold), and total Citations — with a plain-language read like "You lead the field" or "X points behind [top competitor]".

Share of voice & citations

A sortable table ranks every competitor by Visibility, Share of Voice, Average Position, #1s, Citations, and Trend. Expand any row to see the keywords they win, the URLs AI cited for them versus for you, and the exact prompts they appeared in.

Close the gap

Competitor findings feed the Content Creator: where a rival is cited instead of you, that prompt becomes a content task with AI-ready guidance so you can win the answer back.

09

Agents & Agentic Strategy

The three core agents (auto-enabled at wizard finish)

Clicking Finish on the wizard turns on three agents: Visibility (builds the knowledge graph, runs 20+ tracked + discovered prompts, identifies bad prompts), Optimization (generates JSON-LD, robots.txt, and llms.txt for crawlers and LLMs), and Content Creator (writes blogs, FAQs, Q&A, plus LinkedIn/X/Reddit posts to fill the gaps). All are visible and toggleable on the Agents page.

Two more agents on the Agents page

Beyond the core three, the Agents page also carries Scheduler (Distribution Team — auto-publishes LinkedIn posts and long-form on a cadence) and Competitor Analysis (Intelligence Team — keyword gaps, content velocity, and AI-visibility benchmarking against your rivals). Both are live and toggle on/off like the others.

Visibility Agent — Search Intelligence

Pipeline: Build Knowledge Graph → Analyse KG Structure → Run 20+ Prompts (tracked first, then agent-discovered) → Identify Bad Prompts. Outputs the GEO score, per-prompt citations, and the bad-prompt list that Content Creator turns into tasks.

Optimization Agent — Technical SEO

Pipeline: Generate JSON-LD → Generate robots.txt → Generate llms.txt. Optimization outputs depend on an up-to-date knowledge graph; after a successful graph build in the same refresh, Sophyx automatically runs Optimization so structured data and crawler files align with your latest site understanding — no separate trigger needed.

Content Creator — Content Strategy

Pipeline: Classify best content type per bad prompt → Generate Blog / FAQ / Q&A → Generate social posts for LinkedIn, X, and Reddit. Memories you added in the wizard sharpen tone-of-voice and factual grounding for every output.

Scheduled autonomous refresh

When Visibility or Optimization is enabled, Sophyx re-runs the full refresh on a recurring cadence (defaults to roughly monthly from your last successful run). The interval is workspace-configurable via the `agentic_interval` setting.

Bulk Auto-Scheduler (live for LinkedIn)

From Social Posts, the bulk Auto-Scheduler takes a cadence (e.g. 3× per week), spaces your queued LinkedIn posts across your personal profile or a Company Page, and ships them automatically — the always-on counterpart to per-post Click to Post and LinkedIn Schedule. X and Reddit auto-scheduling is expanding next.

Run history

The Agents view shows recent pipeline executions with step-level status — main visibility runs, optimization passes, content-creation jobs, and ad-hoc rate runs — so you can see exactly what completed and when.

Agentic Strategy (task board)

The Agentic Strategy page under your workspace is a prioritized kanban of actionable tasks derived from analysis — separate from the automated agents, but designed to work alongside them. Move tasks through high / medium / low priority, and use content tasks with AI-ready briefs to close visibility gaps.

10

Technical Optimizations

What this step is for

After your knowledge graph is rebuilt, the Optimization pipeline issues JSON-LD for your key pages, a robots.txt that names the right AI crawlers, and an llms.txt file so LLMs can cite you systematically. It runs in the same refresh as Visibility — once the graph step succeeds — so you never publish outdated schema.

Why it comes before shipping content

Promoting URLs works best when those URLs already expose accurate structured data and crawler rules. Optimizations lands before you push blogs and social so the pages you amplify are technically credible in Google, answer engines, and generative search.

JSON-LD

Page-level schema.org data grounded in your crawl and graph — not generic templates — so entities match what your site actually says.

robots.txt & llms.txt

robots.txt encodes which bots may index which paths; llms.txt lists what LLMs should read first. Both stay aligned with each agent run when Visibility and Optimization are enabled.

11

Publishing & Distribution

Blog posts & long-form — maximum input surface

The Content Creator drafts blogs, FAQs, and Q&A by fusing a large context stack: your live crawl and knowledge graph, every memory (PDFs, tone, JSON/CSV catalogs, social URLs), tracked and discovered prompts, GEO visibility signals, and bad-prompt gaps. That volume of first-party and analytical input is what keeps copy accurate to your brand, aligned with what AI search is rewarding right now, and structured to earn attention when people skim.

Social posts — same intelligence, shorter format

LinkedIn, X, and Reddit posts are generated from the same pipeline — distilled from the graph, memories, and prompt outcomes so your feed matches the narrative on your site.

Where drafts appear

Long-form assets land in your content workflows; social copies appear on the Social Posts page as Drafts until you ship.

Click to Post — all social media

Open any post and ship instantly. LinkedIn: one-click OAuth publish to your profile or a Company Page. X & Reddit: opens ready to send. No copy-paste marathon.

LinkedIn Schedule — LinkedIn only

Pick a future date and time on LinkedIn posts; a dispatcher publishes when due. Cancel anytime before send. X and Reddit scheduling ships with the Scheduler Agent.

Connecting LinkedIn & tracking

Connect LinkedIn once via OAuth (including Company Pages). Published posts store permalinks and timestamps; the calendar view shows scheduled items by day.

12

Ai Gateway (AiG)

What the Ai Gateway is

AiG is a hosted, AI-readable gateway for your brand — a lightweight site that search engines, LLMs, and agents can crawl and cite. It surfaces your generated content, JSON-LD, llms.txt, and robots.txt at a real URL so answer engines always have fresh, structured material about you.

Free Sophyx route or your own domain

Publish instantly on a free Sophyx subdomain (e.g. yourbrand.sophyx.app) using Sophyx's wildcard certificate — no DNS required — or point a custom domain like llms.yourdomain.com with two CNAME records (one to validate, one to route traffic through CloudFront) and verify.

Auto-publish keeps it fresh

Any Content Vault item that isn't Posted or Archived is automatically published to AiG, so AI engines always have something to reference — even between your manual publishes.

Generate, publish & inspect

Run Generate AiG to build the site (the pipeline writes files to S3 and polls for completion), then browse the hosted Site tree — llms.txt, robots.txt, index, blog and FAQ pages — with direct links. The Contact panel pulls the details you set in Workspace Settings.

13

Reports & Analytics

Agent Stats — the live scoreboard

The Agents → Stats page tracks your GEO Visibility Score over time plus AI referral traffic, AiG visits, Social traffic, and LinkedIn impressions. Filter to any single card, or view them all together. It's the day-to-day pulse; Reports is the formal write-up.

Branded PDF reports

The Reports page compiles an "AI Visibility & Activity Report" with your logo and business name, an executive summary (Good Prompts, Bad Prompts, Contents, Social Posts with deltas), and sections for Traffic & Reach, Good vs Bad Prompts, Contents, and Social Posts. Download it as a paginated, branded A4 PDF for stakeholders.

Period-over-period comparison

Choose Monthly or Weekly, a range of 3–24 months, and a compare mode (Month-over-Month, Week-over-Week, or none). Every section adds a "How to read this" note and data-driven insight bullets so the numbers tell a story.

Historical tracking

Sophyx stores all analysis results historically, so you can show GEO score improvement and coverage gains week-over-week and month-over-month — the ROI record for your AI-visibility work.

14

Connect to Claude, ChatGPT & Codex (MCP)

What the Sophyx MCP server is

Sophyx ships a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server called "Sophyx Data" at mcp.sophyx.app. It lets any MCP-capable assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or a local agent — read your Sophyx brand and AI-visibility data directly, with no copy-paste exports. It is scoped to your account: only workspaces you own or belong to.

Two ways to connect

Sign in with Sophyx (OAuth 2.1): best for Claude.ai and ChatGPT connectors — paste https://mcp.sophyx.app/, sign in, approve the consent screen. Or a personal token (sophyx_mcp_…): best for Claude Code and Codex — generate it in Workspace Settings → Agent Access and add it as a Bearer header. Rotate or revoke anytime; existing connections drop instantly.

Manage Agent Access

What an assistant can read

Nine read tools cover the account and every workspace: list workspaces, account overview, a full 18-section workspace export, good-vs-bad prompt visibility ("where am I invisible?"), the generated robots.txt / llms.txt / per-page JSON-LD, this brand's trend snapshot and forecast, the market-wide multi-LLM trend dataset, content search, and a portable local-workspace bootstrap.

The one write, and the guardrails

The single write tool moves a blog, FAQ, or social post between draft, published, and archived (moving a queued post back to draft cancels it). Everything else stays in the dashboard by design — an assistant can't post to social, change settings, or edit content bodies. Credentials are never exported.

Try it with zero signup

A public demo token connects to a read-only showcase workspace, so you can experience the flow before creating an account. Ask your assistant: "List my Sophyx workspaces and show the top visibility gaps."

15
